Our historic farmhouse dating back to the 13th century enjoys a peaceful location above Merano, surrounded by picturesque apple orchards and vineyards.
From our shaded terraces, you can enjoy beautiful views across the valley, towards the historic spa town of Merano and the surrounding hillsides covered with vineyards and wineries.
Our swimming pool, framed by palm and cypress trees, also offers a wonderful view of nearby Lebenberg Castle, whose history dates back to the 13th century.

From the Pranterhof, you can head straight into nature and onto the famous Marlinger Waalweg irrigation channel trail, one of the most beautiful ways to discover the unique landscape surrounding Merano.

The History of the Pranterhof
The farm was first mentioned in an official document in 1339, where a man named Cristan Pranter appears by name. To this day, the property still bears the family name of its first known owner.
